Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Bolt Nut Supplies (the “Site”). Shipping terms may vary by account type and any written agreement you have with Bolt Nut Supplies (“we,” “us,” “our”).

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship within the United States. If you need international shipping, contact us at support@boltnutsupplies.com to discuss availability and terms.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days after payment is received and the order is confirmed, unless otherwise stated in writing. Processing time is separate from transit time.


For B2B orders, processing and ship dates may depend on product availability, case pack requirements, and scheduled pickup/appointments.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship via common carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and freight/LTL carriers when applicable. The carrier and service level may be selected at checkout (if offered) or determined based on the order size and destination.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or provided on an invoice/quote prior to shipment. For B2B accounts, shipping may be billed:

  • Prepaid and added to invoice, or
  • Collect (using your carrier account), if approved in writing

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

ORDER TRACKING

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address on file once the order ships.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Please inspect shipments upon delivery.

  • Transit Damage: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and damaged items.
  • Missing Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate.

We will work with the carrier to file a claim when appropriate. Resolutions may include replacement, refund, or credit at our discretion and subject to product availability.

FREIGHT / LTL SHIPMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)

For palletized or freight shipments:

  • Delivery appointments and access requirements (liftgate, limited access, inside delivery) must be disclosed in advance.
  • Additional carrier fees may apply if requirements are not provided prior to booking.
  • Title and risk of loss may transfer based on the shipping terms on your invoice/quote.
