We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our sales team directly.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Ground: 3–5 Business Days
- Expedited: 2 Business Days (Calculated at checkout)
- Overnight: Next Business Day (Calculated at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please document the condition of the box and contact us immediately at support@boltnut.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
